- 15milliliter cointreau
- 30milliliter fresh lime juiced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 45milliliter tequila
- caster sugar
Method
Step 1 of 5
Make a sugar syup by combining 1 part sugar to 1 part water.
Step 2 of 5
Simmer gently until sugar dissolved and allow to cool.
Step 3 of 5
Shake all ingredients together with 10mls of your sugar syrup over ice.
Step 4 of 5
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Step 5 of 5
Garnish: pink sea salt rimmed glass & lime wedge.
