  • 100grams persian fetta
  • 375milliliter evaporated milk
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 onion
  • Snow pea tendrils
  • 1 potato
  • 1teaspoons garlic paste
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cup baby peas

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a large saucepan over medium heat add oil onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes or until onion is softened. Add potatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Add in peas, stock and light evaporated milk. Simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through. Blend mixture until smooth.

Step 3 of 3

Serve in 4 bowls, topped with crumbled feta and snow pea tendrils.
