- 114grams green curry paste
- 150grams vermicelli rice noodles
- 20 green prawns
- 225grams bamboo shoots
- 1 1/2tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 green chilli
- 1 bunch Thai basil
- 2 carrots
- 6 spring onions
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 2 limes
- 2 cup salt-reduced chicken stock

Method
Step 1 of 1
Place onion, curry paste, coconut cream, fish sauce, stock, bamboo shoots, carrot, broccolini and 2 cups water in a saucepan over high heat and bring to the boil. Add noodles and prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes or until prawns have changed colour. Stir through juice of 1 lime and divide between bowls. Top with basil and chilli, and serve with lime wedges.
