- 3centimeters ginger, peeled and sliced
- 3tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2tablespoons oyster sauce
- 225grams mushrooms, sliced
- 400grams soba noodles
- 300grams prawn, peeled with tails intact, deveined
- 4 baby bok choy, quartered

Description
Slightly sweet and slightly spicy, this fillling noodle soup is packed with prawns, mushrooms and pak choi.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Bring the chicken stock to boil in a pot over medium heat. Drop the ginger, sweet chilli sauce and oyster sauce. Stir thoroughly and bring to back to boil.
Step 2 of 2
Tip in the mushrooms and noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Add the prawns and bokchoy and bring it to boil. If you like, you can top it with sliced fresh chillies, chopped green onions and some sesame oil.
