  • 395grams condensed milk (1tin)
  • 100grams milk chocolate
  • 1packets marie biscuits (250g)
  • 200grams fruit medley

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place butter, condensed milk and chocolate in saucepan or microwave safe container and heat until melted. Stir frequently to combine.

Step 2 of 4

Crush Marie biscuits finely and add fruit medley.

Step 3 of 4

Add melted mix to dry mix and stir to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Press mixture into tray lined with baking paper (I used a 27cm tray) and refrigerate for a few hours until set. Slice and serve.
