We created an online hub, called Bunch, where our customers could receive free samples of Woolworths’ branded products, pick them up in store, take them home, cook and share them with their family. Returning to the online community to share their thoughts on each of the product samples, our members are now an engaged community of customers who love to talk about food, share recipes and ideas in articles and chats with each other.
