Introducing Everyday Rewards

To get set up, simply follow these steps:

• Ensure you have a compatible device. The Everyday Rewards app can be added to mobile and tablet devices running on Android OS version 6.0 and above, and iOS version 12.0 and above.
• Download the Everyday Rewards app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
• Log in with either your 13-digit Everyday Rewards Card number (starting with 9) or your email.
• Enter the 6-digit one-time code that then is sent to your mobile phone or email. If you don’t receive this code within a few minutes, please tap "send a new code" to resend a new one. If you still don’t receive your verification code, you can send the code to the alternate method such as email if the initial code was sent to your mobile phone. Please tap "Email me the code instead" for the code to be sent to your email. Make sure you check your junk folder.
• Once you complete the secure log in, you’re ready to go!

Please note, if you haven’t registered your Everyday Rewards account and are using a temporary paper card, you’ll have to register your card before you can access your account on the Everyday Rewards app. You can register your card in just a few minutes here.

The Everyday Rewards app can be added to mobile and tablet devices running on Android OS 6.0 and above, and iOS 12.0 and above.

If you have difficulties downloading the app on your device, please:

• Check that your device is on the required OS or iOS version, and update your device to the required version if possible. The Everyday Rewards app can be added to mobile and tablet devices running on Android OS version 6.0 and above, and iOS version 12.0 and above.
• Check that your Google Play or App Store is configured for Australia.
• Ensure you have enough space on your device.
• Check that you have a good internet connection. If you have set your App Store to only download apps on WiFi, you’ll need to be connected to WiFi.
• Try restarting your phone and then downloading the app.

If you have installed the app and have difficulties logging in on the app, please log in at everydayrewards.com.au first and:

• Ensure that your contact details including your email address and contact number are up to date. You can do so by heading to “My Account” and then “My Details”.
• Reset your password by heading to “Cards & Accounts” and scrolling to the “Change your password” section.

If you are able to update your email address and / or contact number, try logging into the app again, entering either your 13-digit Everyday Rewards Card number (starting with 9) or your email linked to your account. Enter the 6-digit one-time code that is then sent to your mobile phone or email. If you don’t receive this code within a few minutes, please tap "send a new code" to resend a new one. If you still don’t receive your verification code, you can also send the code to the alternate method such as email if the initial code was sent to your mobile phone. Please tap "Email me the code instead" for the code to be sent to your email. Don't forget to check your junk folder.

You can see what points you've collected on your shop at Woolworths BWS, BIG W, participating Caltex and Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garages Australia)^ in the Everyday Rewards app.

While it typically takes up to 3 days for your points to appear in the activity statement in the app, depending on how you collected them, it may take up to 2 weeks. If you’ve collected points at participating Caltex locations, please allow up to 5 business days for your points to appear in your account. If you've collected points using the BWS click and collect service, it may take up to 2 weeks for your points to appear.

Points scored from points boosters may take up to 7 business days to show in your account, unless otherwise specified in the T&Cs of that offer/points booster. You can view the T&Cs of each of your past offers, for 14 days after the offer expires, in the “For You” tab in the Everyday Rewards app.

^Please note that Caltex Woolworths/EG (operated by Euro Garaged Australia) located in Tasmania are currently excluded from the Everyday Rewards Program.

Yes. With the Everyday Rewards app, you can see when your points appear in your account. You can find a 90 day history of your points and transaction activity within the “Activity” tab.

The Everyday Rewards app gives you access to points boosters, extras and faves that you would normally receive via email and social media. You can boost and track these, all within the Everyday Rewards app. There will still be additional offers available in different places (such as at the bottom of your receipts or via email), so keep an eye out to make sure you’re maximising your Everyday Rewards.

Once logged in, you can view your boosters and rewards by tapping "For You".

To activate a booster offer, simply select a booster and tap “Boost” button. You must activate a booster at least 2 hours before shopping in-store or online to ensure it’s loaded to your card.

You can track the status of your booster offers based on the below:

Boost:

The booster offer needs to be boosted to qualify for the points or reward offered.

Boosted:

The booster offer has been boosted (activated). Check the details of the booster and complete the requirements to receive the bonus points or rewards.

Completed:

You qualified for the booster and will receive the points or rewards.

Pending:

The booster status will be updated soon. Check back later for an update.

Ended:

You met the requirements of the booster and will receive the points or rewards. The booster period is now over.

Missed:

You didn’t boost or didn’t meet the requirements for this booster offer.

Please allow up to 7 days for updates on your offer status to be shown in the app.

Yes. The Everyday Rewards app gives you quick and easy access to your card; allowing you to scan in-store and never miss out on collecting points. Simply tap the “Card” tab in the Everyday Rewards app and your unique barcode will be displayed for you to scan at the barcode reader at checkout.

You can also add your Everyday Rewards Card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay account, which enables you to scan or tap and collect points at checkout by simply tapping your NFC-enabled phone at the EFTPOS machine. Find out more here.

Using eReceipts in the app allows you to checkout with less contact and greater convenience at Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Metro stores.

eReceipts are tax invoices and provide a full view of:

• your total purchases and savings in store
• Products you purchased
• Everyday Rewards points earned on that shop
• charity donations
• parking vouchers

eReceipts currently don’t show:

• Parking vouchers.
• Fuel vouchers.
• Charity donations.
• Offers that you may usually see on your printed receipts.

If you’d like to see these, you can still receive a printed receipt in-store when you checkout.

At the moment, eReceipts are available when you shop in-store (excluding online) at Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Metro stores.

We look forward to rolling out more features in the future to enhance the convenience of eReceipts.

To view your Woolworths eReceipts, make sure you scanned your Everyday Rewards Card or tapped your digital card when you shopped in-store.

3. 3. View your eReceipt.

   

eReceipts are available on shops made from 1 May 2020 onwards. Your eReceipt may take up to 2 hours to appear in the app following your shop at Woolworths. If your eReceipt doesn’t appear in the app after 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.

Your eReceipts will remain available to you in the app for 14 months from the date of your shop.

eReceipts can also be downloaded as a PDF from the app if you wish to keep a record of your eReceipt for longer than 14 months.

If you’ve scanned or tapped your Everyday Rewards Card in-store at Woolworths, you’ll automatically be able to access your eReceipt for that shop within the app.

You can also opt out of receiving paper receipts in the settings section in the app. Find out more about opting out of paper in the Rewards app at everydayrewards.com.au/app

eReceipts show your purchases and savings made on your shop at Woolworths. They currently don’t show:

• Parking vouchers.
• Fuel vouchers.
• Charity donations.
• Offers that you may usually see on your printed receipts.

If you require a receipt showing the above, please take a printed receipt at the checkout.

To go paperless and opt out of receiving paper receipts through the Rewards app, follow these simple steps:

1. 1. Head to your Account tab in the app and select Receipt Preferences
2. 2. In the Receipt Preferences section, toggle to receive eReceipts only

If you don’t see the Receipt Preferences option in your app, please ensure your app is updated to version 2.7, hard close or quit the app and reopen it to try again.
