All our stores are open with the exception of Hervey bay due to flood damage. Our online orders will be running again soon, but you can prepare by placing order today that will be available for collection and delivered from Friday in most areas.
We understand when we’re missing things you need in our store and online and that this can be frustrating. We are working hard with our suppliers and transport partners, to get what you need back in as quickly as possible. The situation will vary over the next few days and by store as we ensure we reach all the communities and customers across the state and affected areas.
And rest assured our team are restocking shelves, fridges and freezers around the clock to get what you need back on shelf. In additions to this some of our suppliers are still getting back up and running and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Online services are re-opening where it is safe and possible to do so. Please be mindful that as our stock levels recover, there may be more substitutions in your order than usual, as our teams fulfil as much of your order as possible. We suggest using shopper notes to help your Personal Shopper choose the best substitutions for you.
To ensure we are able to meet the shopping needs of as many customers as possible during this time, we’ve had to temporarily limit the purchase of Bulk Water to 2 Packs per transaction. This includes:
