Cut watermelon into large cubes. Place on a plate.

Using a mortar and pestle, pound lime zest and sugar until finely crushed and combined.
Step 3 of 3
Drizzle watermelon with lime juice and oil. Sprinkle with lime sugar and chilli. Serve topped with mint.
