  • 250grams beef mince
  • 35grams Woolworths taco seasoning
  • 420grams Woolworths Mexican-style 3 bean mix, drained, rinsed
  • 175grams Woolworths original salted corn chips
  • 425grams Ricos gourmet nacho cheddar cheese sauce, heated
  • 3 leaves iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Woolworths shredded tasty cheese
  • 2tablespoons jalapeños, drained, sliced
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked

Description

Enjoy a flavourful Mexican fiesta on the go with this easy walking nachos – perfect for the adventurous foodie!

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook, stirring to break up any lumps, for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Add seasoning and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes or until combined. Add beans and ⅓ cup water and cook, stirring, for a further 2-3 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens.

Step 2 of 3

Using kitchen scissors, cut two corners of corn chip bag on an angle, then along one long edge of bag to open and stand upright. Top with half of the mince mixture, half of the cheese sauce, lettuce, cheese, remaining mince mixture and remaining cheese sauce.

Step 3 of 3

Scatter jalapeños, tomato and coriander on top. Mix to combine. Enjoy.
