  • 425grams tuna in olive oil, drained, flaked
  • 1/4 cup kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 punnet dill, finely chopped
  • 4 everything bagels, halved
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 1 Shepard avocado, destoned, halved, cut into wedges
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

Description

Enjoy the best of both worlds with tunacado bagels, where the richness of tuna meets the creaminess of avocado. These tasty bagels are easy to make and impossible to resist.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Add tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and dill to a small bowl. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Mash with a fork until all ingredients are well combined (see tip).

Step 2 of 2

Toast bagels. Spread pesto on cut side of bagel bases and lids. Top bases with avocado and half of the tuna mixture. Add tomato. Sandwich with lids. Slice in half. Serve.
