Description

Savour the sweet and savoury flavours of tender char siu pork with fluffy rice and crisp broccolini in this delightful Asian dish. Perfect for a quick yet impressive weeknight meal.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Cut pork in half. Place pork and sauces in a medium bowl and turn to coat.

Step 2 of 4

Place pork on prepared tray and brush with sauce mixture from bowl, then roast for 30 minutes or until cooked. Cover and rest for 5 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add broccolini and cook, turning occasionally, for 5 minutes or until tender.

Step 4 of 4

Slice pork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and onion. Serve with rice and broccolini.
