- 250grams SunRice Jasmine Microwave Rice Pouch
- 1/2 cup Heinz Seriously Good Original Mayonnaise
- 2teaspoons soy sauce
- 2teaspoons sriracha
- 1teaspoons sesame oil
- 190grams Greenseas Tuna Chunks in Springwater, drained
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
Description
Break out of your lunchtime routine with this tantalising spicy mayo tuna rice bowl with SunRice Microwave Jasmine Rice, Heinz Seriously Good Original Mayonnaise and Greenseas Tuna Chunks in Springwater. It's easy to whip up and easy to devour!
Method
Step 1 of 2
Cook rice according to packet instructions. Whisk 1/4 cup mayonnaise, soy sauce, sriracha and oil in a medium bowl. Add tuna and stir until just combined.
Step 2 of 2
Spoon rice into a bowl. Top with the tuna mixture and cucumber. Sprinkle with onion and shichimi togarashi. Serve with remaining mayonnaise.
