- 340grams Spam® canned ham
- 472grams The Han Kitchen Pocha Ramyun noodles
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 425grams frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
Description
This budget-friendly weeknight dinner combines the savoury flavours of Spam and ramyun noodles in a quick and easy stir-fry.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Slice ham into 1cm-thick slices then cut into 4cm-long batons. In a large heatproof bowl, add noodles, and flakes and soup base from packet. Pour over enough boiling to cover. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Heat oil over high heat in a large frying pan and cook ham for 5 minutes, turning, until golden. Transfer to a bowl. Add vegetables to same pan and cook for 5 minutes or until beginning to soften.
Step 3 of 3
Add noodles and ham to the pan and continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes, tossing. Divide noodles among bowls and top with chilli. Serve.
