- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 420grams Moira Mac’s shredded chicken
- 35grams Maggi creamy carbonara recipe base
- 1/2 cup milk
- 60grams baby spinach leaves
- 50grams finely grated parmesan

Creamy, comforting and surprisingly simple, this speedy chicken carbonara is the perfect way to treat loved ones without breaking the bank.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until heated through. Add recipe base, milk and ½ cup water. Stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Step 3 of 3
Divide pasta among bowls. Top with chicken mixture and spinach. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
