  • 1teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500grams Woolworths beef mince
  • 3 1/2tablespoons Woolworths Moroccan seasoning
  • 800grams Edgell chickpeas, drained
  • 400grams Leggo's diced tomatoes
  • 1packets Woolworths stonebaked Turkish rolls, halved lengthways
  • 1 cup Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 bunch mint, leaves picked

Description

Experience the magic of Morocco with this affordable chickpea dish, perfectly complemented by refreshing mint yoghurt and crispy Turkish toast.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add mince and seasoning and cook for 10 minutes, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned. Stir in chickpeas and tomato and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Toast bread until golden.

Step 3 of 4

Coarsely chop half of the mint. Combine mint and yoghurt in a small bowl.

Step 4 of 4

Divide toast amongst serving plates. Top with mince mixture, yoghurt and remaining mint.
