Instruction tip
Budget tip:
Swap the shredded cheese blend for tasty cheese, or omit cheese and serve topped with a drizzle of mayonnaise.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Roll out each dough ball on a lightly floured surface to form a 24cm oval. Place on prepared trays. Spread with pizza sauce. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, toss marinara mix with garlic and oil. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook marinara mix, in batches, for 1-2 minutes or until browned. Arrange seafood mix and tomato over pizza sauce. Scatter with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and seafood is cooked.

Step 4 of 4

Juice half of the lemon, then cut remaining half into wedges. Scatter rocket on pizzas. Serve with lemon wedges and a drizzle of lemon juice.
