  • 425grams Woolworths frozen crumbed fish fillets
  • 4 long crusty bread rolls
  • 1 lemon
  • 2/3 cup Woolworths tartare sauce
  • 2 Woolworths sweet gherkins, finely chopped
  • 1 Woolworths little gem lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/2 bunch red radish, sliced

Description

Topped with lettuce, radish, crumbed fish fillets and a zesty tartare sauce, these tasty sea dogs make an easy weeknight dinner.

Replace radish with sliced tomato if preferred.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place fish on prepared tray. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway, or until golden brown.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, cut down the centre of each roll, not all the way through, to open. Place on a baking tray and bake for 3-4 minutes or until toasted. Finely grate zest from half of the lemon, then juice. Cut remaining half into wedges. Combine tartare sauce, gherkin and lemon zest and juice in a bowl.

Spread inside of rolls with half of the tartare mixture. Fill with lettuce, radish and fish. Top with remaining tartare mixture. Serve with lemon.
