- 425grams Woolworths frozen crumbed fish fillets
- 4 long crusty bread rolls
- 1 lemon
- 2/3 cup Woolworths tartare sauce
- 2 Woolworths sweet gherkins, finely chopped
- 1 Woolworths little gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 1/2 bunch red radish, sliced
Description
Topped with lettuce, radish, crumbed fish fillets and a zesty tartare sauce, these tasty sea dogs make an easy weeknight dinner.

Swap tip:Replace radish with sliced tomato if preferred.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place fish on prepared tray. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway, or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, cut down the centre of each roll, not all the way through, to open. Place on a baking tray and bake for 3-4 minutes or until toasted. Finely grate zest from half of the lemon, then juice. Cut remaining half into wedges. Combine tartare sauce, gherkin and lemon zest and juice in a bowl.

Spread inside of rolls with half of the tartare mixture. Fill with lettuce, radish and fish. Top with remaining tartare mixture. Serve with lemon.
