  • 65grams shiitake mushroom crisps
  • 1/2 cup white miso paste
  • 3teaspoons chilli crisp oil
  • 2 instant noodle cakes
  • 12 frozen pork and chive dumplings
  • 1 bunch bok choy, rinsed and ends trimmed
  • 1 spring onion, sliced

Description

For a comforting and flavourful dumpling ramen with perfectly cooked noodles swimming in a rich broth, all cooked conveniently in a rice cooker.

Serving tip:
Add a sprinkle of furikake before serving for extra flavour.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Break crisps with your fingers and add to rice cooker along with miso paste, 1 tsp chilli crisp oil and 1L water. Bring to the boil.

Step 2 of 3

Break noodle cakes in half and add to rice cooker. Add dumplings and cook for 8 minutes. Add bok choy to rice cooker. Cook for a further minute until bok choy is blanched.

Step 3 of 3

Ladle ramen into 2 soup bowls. Garnish with onion and remaining chilli crisp oil.
