  • 500grams Woolworths RSPCA Approved diced chicken breast fillets
  • 75grams Patak's tandoori paste
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded, chopped into 3cm pieces
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 240grams Old El Paso wholegrain tortilla fajita wraps, warmed
  • 30grams baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 pre-soaked bamboo skewers

Description

Satisfy cravings with these lightning-fast tandoori chicken wraps that deliver an explosion of flavour in every bite. Perfect for busy weeknights and savvy spenders.

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a large bowl, combine chicken and tandoori paste until chicken is well coated. Thread chicken and capsicum onto skewers.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a large frying pan or chargrill over medium heat and grease with oil. Cook skewers for 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked.

Step 3 of 3

Serve skewers with wraps, spinach and onion.
