- 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 500grams Woolworths RSPCA Approved diced chicken breast
- 420grams Sharwood's creamy butter chicken simmer sauce
- 250grams San Remo couscous
- 250grams Woolworths frozen sliced beans
- 1 cup Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
Description
Tender butter chicken meets fluffy couscous in this easy, comforting dish that will satisfy tastebuds with every bite.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Add sauce and ¼ cup water and simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 2 of 4
Add couscous to a large heat-proof bowl. Add 400ml boiling water and stir to combine. Cover with a lid for 5 minutes until liquid has absorbed. Fluff mixture with a fork to loosen and set aside.
Step 3 of 4
Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil. Blanch beans for 2 minutes. Drain.
Step 4 of 4
Divide couscous amongst serving bowls. Top with butter chicken, beans and yoghurt. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
