  • 750grams Woolworths honey soy chicken kebabs
  • 5mL extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 200grams pad Thai noodles
  • 1/2 bunch small red radishes
  • 1/4 bunch mint
  • 2tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1tablespoons Woolworths pure honey
  • 2teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Woolworths unsalted peanuts

Description

These succulent skewers are a fun and affordable way to enjoy your favourite Thai flavours on a busy weeknight.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Spray kebabs with oil and grill, turning occasionally, until cooked and golden brown.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, cook noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Drain, then refresh under cold water. Drain well. Transfer to a large bowl.

Step 3 of 4

Thinly slice radish. Pick mint leaves. Combine soy, honey, vinegar and oil in a small bowl.

Step 4 of 4

Pour three-quarters of the dressing over the noodles. Add radish, mint and half of the peanuts. Spoon onto plates. Top with kebabs and remaining peanuts. Serve with extra dressing.
