- 4 Woolworths canned lychees in syrup, reserve ¼ cup syrup
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1/4 cup raspberry cordial
- 3 cups Woolworths soda water, chilled
- 1teaspoons freeze dried raspberries

A magical blend of sweet flavours, this refreshing love potion will make your Valentine's Day plans extra special with minimal effort.
Method
Step 1 of 1
Skewer 2 lychees onto a cocktail skewer. Repeat with remaining lychees on a second skewer. Fill 2 x 300ml-350ml glasses with ice until about three quarters full. Pour in 2 tbs cordial and 2 tbs lychee syrup into each glass. Top up with soda water. Sprinkle over freeze dried raspberries and serve with lychee skewers.
