  • 380grams Birds Eye Air Baked Deep Sea Dory
  • 92grams curry sauce
  • 450grams microwave long-grain white rice, heated
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 bunch red radishes, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 200grams frozen shelled edamame, blanched
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

Description

Quick and easy, this Japanese-inspired katsu fish dish is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook fish in a 5L air fryer at 200°C for 12 minutes, turning halfway, or until golden brown. Thinly slice onion. Place onion and vinegar in a bowl. Thinly slice lettuce and avocado.

Step 2 of 3

Heat curry sauce with 1 cup boiling water in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot.

Step 3 of 3

Spoon rice onto plates. Drizzle with half of the sauce. Top with cucumber, radish, carrot, edamame and fish. Serve sprinkled with onion and remaining sauce.
