Stir-fry sauce
  • 1/4 cup Gochujang paste
  • 2teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1tablespoons cooking sake
  • 270grams udon noodles
  • 1tablespoons Woolworths vegetable oil
  • 1 brown onion, halved and sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch Chinese broccoli, ends trimmed, roughly chopped
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced

Description

Get ready for a flavour explosion! These easy Korean-style noodles will ignite tastebuds with a fiery sauce that will leave you craving more.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook noodles according to packet instructions, then drain and set aside. To make stir-fry sauce, combine ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Step 2 of 3

Heat oil on high in a large wok or frying pan. Add brown onion and stir-fry for 1 minute or until starting to soften. Add garlic and cook for a few seconds until fragrant. Add capsicum and broccoli and cook for 1 minute or until vegetables are glazed.

Step 3 of 3

Add noodles, stir-fry sauce and spring onion to wok. Toss and cook for 1 minute or until heated through. Serve.
