  • 500grams Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken breast stir-fry
  • 175grams MasterFoods chipotle chicken recipe base
  • 400grams Edgell black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 500grams Woolworths microwave brown rice
  • 40grams Woolworths baby spinach leaves

Description

Savour the bold flavours of chipotle-marinated chicken, tender brown rice and crisp baby spinach in this protein-packed meal that won't break the bank.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook chicken for 10 minutes. Add recipe base and reduce to low heat. Simmer for a further 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Stir in beans and cook for a further 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3 of 4

Cook rice following packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

To serve, divide rice, chicken and spinach amongst bowls.
