Spice up your summer with this easy dish that combines grilled beef with a vibrant chilli gremolata, promising a flavourful journey that's as fun as it is delicious.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Zest and juice 1/2 lemon. Cut remaining half into wedges. Combine 2 tbs oil, garlic and half of the lemon zest in a large shallow bowl. Add beef and turn to coat.
Step 2 of 3
Finely chop parsley and chilli. Combine parsley, chilli, juice, remaining zest and remaining oil in a bowl.
Step 3 of 3
Preheat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook beef for 4 minutes each side for medium-rare or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover and rest for 10 minutes. Serve beef with gremolata.
