- 450grams Sealord hoki fillets
- 450grams Woolworths frozen shoestring fries
- 1/2tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup tartare sauce
- 4 Woolworths white wraps
- 100grams shredded iceberg lettuce
Description
Filled with tender fish, crunchy chips, shredded iceberg lettuce and tangy tartare sauce, these affordable wraps will have you hooked from the first bite.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Spread fish and fries over tray and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked and golden. Cut 2 fillets in half lengthways. Sprinkle fries with a small amount of seasoning.
Step 2 of 4
Mix remaining seasoning and sauce in a small bowl.
Step 3 of 4
Place wraps on a clean bench. Make a cut from the centre point to the outer edge. Place one-and-a-half fillets in one quarter. Working clockwise, add fries in another corner followed by lettuce and sauce.
Step 4 of 4
Fold inwards to create a triangle and serve.
