  • 2 sheets Woolworths frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Woolworths cranberry sauce
  • 200grams Woolworths Danish-style feta, finely crumbled
  • 1/2 punnet rosemary, sprigs picked

Description

Whip up these savoury feta, rosemary and cranberry twists for a tasty appetiser or fun snack.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease and line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Place pastry on a clean work surface. Spread with sauce. Top with feta, pressing down with a spatula or back of a spoon. Top with half of the rosemary. Cut each sheet into 6 equal strips. Holding each end of a pastry strip, twist and place on prepared tray.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Serve sprinkled with remaining rosemary.
