  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 240grams JC Seafood jumbo cooked prawn cutlets
  • 1tablespoons Vegeta vegetable gourmet stock powder
  • 2tablespoons Chang's tamari light soy sauce
  • 250grams Chang's vermicelli rice noodles
  • 1 bunch bok choy, chopped
  • 1/3 bunch spring onion, thinly sliced

Description

For a dish that is both comforting and invigorating, look no further than a bowl of prawn noodle soup. It's easy to make and goes down a treat.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add prawns and pan fry for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

Step 2 of 4

In a large pot, combine 1.5L water, stock and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Add noodles and bok choy. Cook for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender.

Step 3 of 4

Divide noodles and bok choy among serving bowls. Pour over broth.

Step 4 of 4

Top with prawns and garnish with onion. Serve.
