- 2 carrots
- 3teaspoons honey
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 300grams beef scotch fillet steak
- 1 bunch bok choy, halved
- 472grams The Han Kitchen Pocha Ramyun
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 spring onions, sliced
Description
Indulge in bold Korean flavours with this easy-to-prepare and super-satisfying beef ramyun bowl.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Thinly slice carrot into long thin strips. Combine honey, garlic and beef in a bowl.
Step 2 of 4
Bring 2.2L water to the boil in a large saucepan over high heat. Blanch bok choy for 1-2 minutes. Add noodles, soup base and flakes to water and cook for 4 minutes, adding carrot in last 30 seconds.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add beef and cook for 2 minutes each side for medium-rare or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Rest for 5 minutes. Slice.
Step 4 of 4
Divide noodles among bowls. Ladle over hot soup. Top with bok choy, carrot and beef. Sprinkle with onion. Serve.
