  • 1 cup Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 450grams Woolworths BBQ lamb kebabs with mint & honey
  • extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 360grams Woolworths white wraps
  • 60grams Woolworths baby leaf spinach & rocket

Description

Enjoy these simple yet satisfying wraps filled with succulent BBQ lamb and a generous serving of garlic yoghurt, all wrapped in soft tortillas.

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a small bowl, combine yoghurt and garlic. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a barbecue or frying pan over medium heat. Lightly spray lamb with oil. Cook lamb for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove lamb from skewers and set aside.

Step 3 of 3

Lay wraps flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous spoonful of garlic yoghurt over each wrap. Divide salad leaves among wraps. Top with lamb and serve.
