  • 46grams MasterFoods Lemon Herb & Garlic Spice Blend
  • 750grams McCain Beer Batter Wedges
  • 100grams Woolworths mixed leaf salad

Description

Savour crispy chicken goodness and golden potato wedges tonight with this budget-friendly feast.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan-forced and line 2 large trays with baking paper. In a large bowl, add chicken wings, oil and spice blend, and toss until well-coated. Transfer to one of the trays.

Step 2 of 3

Spread wedges out onto the second tray and place both trays in the oven. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until chicken is cooked and wedges are golden.

Step 3 of 3

Serve chicken and wedges with salad.
