  • 1/2 cup Clinkers, halved
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 100grams honeycomb chocolate bars, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Woolworths strawberry licorice twists, halved
  • 2 1/2 cups white and pink marshmallows, halved
  • 380grams Woolworths Belgian milk cooking chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup light extra virgin olive oil
  • 200grams Woolworths white cooking chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups large leftover assorted Easter eggs
  • 1 cup small leftover assorted Easter eggs
  • 1/4 cup mini M&M's

Method

Step 1 of 3

Grease and line a 20cm (base) square cake pan with baking paper, allowing it to overhang on opposite sides for handles. Combine Clinkers, coconut, chocolate bars, licorice twists and 1 1/2 cups marshmallows in a large bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Place milk chocolate and 2 tbs oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second bursts, stirring, until melted and smooth. Add marshmallow mixture and mix well. Spoon into prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

Step 3 of 3

Place white chocolate and remaining oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 30-second bursts, stirring, until melted and smooth. Pour over the chilled mixture, tilting pan to cover surface evenly. Break large eggs into pieces. Roughly chop half of the small eggs. Top surface with eggs, M&M’s and remaining marshmallows. Chill for 2 hours or until set. Serve.
