- 12 Ritz Breakz classic crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup Woolworths raw sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate melts
- 25grams pretzels
- 10 mini speckled Easter eggs, chopped
Description
A sweet and crunchy treat made with just a few simple ingredients, this Easter crackle is perfect for adding a festive touch to your celebrations.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a 30cm x 21cm (base) baking tray with baking paper. Arrange crackers on prepared tray. Place butter and sugar in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat for 3 minutes or until melted and combined. Pour over crackers and spread evenly. Bake for 6 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 2 of 3
Place chocolate over butter mixture. Bake for a further 2-3 minutes or until chocolate melts. Using a spatula, quickly spread chocolate to evenly cover crackers.
Step 3 of 3
Top chocolate with pretzels and eggs. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Serve.
