- 400grams canned chickpeas, rinsed, drained
- 1/3 cup smooth unsalted almond butter
- 2tablespoons maple syrup
- 1teaspoons alcohol-free vanilla essence
- 2tablespoons NAN OPTIpro 3 Toddler Milk Drink Powder
- 1/2teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate bits
Description

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C/160° fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. In a food processor, process chickpeas and butter, scraping down the side of the bowl occasionally, until almost smooth. Add maple syrup and vanilla and process until smooth.
Step 2 of 3
Stir in powder, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and chocolate. Place heaped tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto prepared tray, leaving room for spreading.
Step 3 of 3
Bake for 14-15 minutes or until browning around the edge. Allow to cool on tray. Serve.
