- 180grams plant-based margarine
- 250grams apple sauce
- 1 cup unrefined coconut sugar
- 1teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups gluten-free self-raising flour
- 2/3 cup Pana Organic 100% Cacao Powder, sifted
- 160grams Pana Organic Dark Baking Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 200grams Pana Organic Smooth Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
- 125grams strawberries

Satisfy your Easter indulgence with these rich, chewy chocolate fudge brownies, an effortless treat for a taste of heaven.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a 20cm (base) square cake pan with baking paper, allowing paper to overhang on opposite sides for handles. Place margarine, sauce, sugar and vanilla in a medium heavy-based saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until mixture is combined. Cool slightly.
Step 2 of 3
Add flour, powder and half of the chopped chocolate to the margarine mixture. Mix well. Spoon into prepared pan and smooth surface. Sprinkle remaining chopped chocolate over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until slightly firm to touch and a skewer inserted at centre comes out with mixture slightly attached. Cool completely in pan.

Spread with chocolate spread. Cut into pieces. Serve with raspberries.
