  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 brown onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 brioche burger buns, split, toasted
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 750milliliter chilled Pepsi Max

Description

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook chicken following packet instructions. During the last 3 minutes of cooking, brush with honey and top with mozzarella.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium frying pan over low heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-18 minutes or until caramelised.

Step 3 of 3

Combine mayonnaise and sauce in a bowl. Spread mayonnaise mixture over cut side of buns. Top bun bases with lettuce, chicken and caramelised onion. Top with bun lids. Serve with drink.
