  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 100grams shortcut bacon, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 small brown onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 100grams sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup light thickened cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1packets Nongshim Shin Ramyun Spicy Noodles with Cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded light tasty cheese
  • 2 spring onions, sliced

Description

This Asian-inspired cheese and bacon ramyun stir-fry is a quick and easy meal that’s as comforting as it is delicious.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon and cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Add garlic, onion and mushroom and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until onion and mushroom are tender.

Step 2 of 3

Reduce heat to low. Add cream, milk, and seasoning and sauce sachets from noodle packet and cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat.

Step 3 of 3

Cook noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain. Return sauce to heat and add noodles. Stir to combine. Serve sprinkled with cheese and onion.
