  • 600grams chilled pizza dough, at room temperature
  • 1teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 bunch spring onion, sliced
  • 225grams chopped frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed
  • 225grams Woolworths cream cheese, coarsely chopped
  • 40grams French onion soup mix
  • 150mL Woolworths light sour cream
  • 3/4 cup Woolworths shredded tasty cheese
  • 5mL extra virgin olive oil cooking spray

Description

This adorable bunny-shaped pizza with a savoury French onion dip filling will tantalise tastebuds at any Easter gathering.

No frozen spinach? Blanch frozen peas, then blitz or mash until almost smooth. Stir into cream cheese mixture at the end of step 3.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease and line a large baking tray with baking paper. For each dough portion, roll out between 2 sheets of baking paper to form a 40cm log. Using a large sharp knife, cut 2 dough logs into 16 equal portions. Cut remaining log in half lengthways. Arrange on prepared tray in U-shapes to resemble rabbit ears.

Roll 16 dough portions into ovals. Place on tray in a circular pattern, under the dough ears to resemble a rabbit’s body, leaving a 15cm hole at centre. Cover tray with a clean tea towel and set aside in a warm, draught-free area for 20 minutes to prove.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes or until soft. Add spinach and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until heated. Add cream cheese and soup mix to pan. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until combined. Remove the pan from heat. Stir in sour cream and half of the tasty cheese.

Step 4 of 4

Spoon mixture into dough ear and dough body cavity. Sprinkle with remaining tasty cheese. Spray with oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when lightly tapped. Serve.
