Description
Save a spot in your Easter spread for the perfect centrepiece! From the easy-to-bake bunny-shaped bread to the delicious ooey gooey brie, your guests will love this cute-as-a-button grazing board.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Roll out dough portions to form 3 x 40cm logs. Using a large sharp knife, cut 1 log in half lengthways. Arrange on prepared tray in U-shapes to resemble rabbit ears. Cut remaining 2 dough logs into 8 equal portions each (you will have 16 portions in total).
Step 2 of 3
Using hands, roll 16 dough portions into balls and position, side by side, on tray in a circular pattern under the dough ears to resemble a rabbit's body, leaving a 11cm-diameter hole at centre. Cover tray with a clean tea towel and set aside in a warm draught-free area for 15 minutes to prove.
Step 3 of 3
Brush dough with milk. Bake for 10 minutes or until starting to colour. Add brie to centre of dough and spray with oil. Bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until brie is softened. Decorate with rosemary. Serve with apples, grapes, strawberries, cucumbers, carrots and crackers.
