- 2 cups Macro Organic frozen blueberries
- 2/3 cup Macro Organic black chia seeds
- 2 1/2 cups Woolworths full cream milk
- 1 cup Woolworths high protein plain yoghurt
Description
A feast for the eyes and the tastebuds, this delightful blueberry chia pudding is simple to prepare the night before, so you can wake up to a delicious breakfast or enjoy as a snack.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place blueberries in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until softened and syrupy.
Step 2 of 3
Place half of the blueberries in a large container and lightly mash. Add chia seeds and milk and stir until combined. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until chia seeds have swelled and softened. Place remaining blueberries in a container in the fridge until ready to serve.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon chia mixture into serving glasses or jars. Top with yoghurt and reserved blueberries. Serve.
