Where possible, we recommend you boost as soon as you receive your offer, and before you shop. You can boost in-store using your mobile with your registered Everyday Rewards card number. Unless there are unforeseen technology issues, you'll be able to shop and enjoy your points. Due to processing time, there may be a 10 day delay in these points showing on your balance. If you have completed a shop prior to boosting, the shop will not be eligible for this offer unless you’ve activated from a QR code found on an in-store poster or through a store ipad. Remember to scan your Everyday Rewards card at the checkout, before paying.

If you're a new member or you have just boosted it might take us a bit longer than usual to show you your points. Don't worry - if you have registered your Everyday Rewards card, boosted the offer and added your account (online) or scanned or tapped your card (in-store) your points will be credited within 10 days after the promotion ends. If you’re shopping in-store remember to scan your Everyday Rewards card at the checkout, before paying.

Temporary cards don't work online. However, if you're shopping online at Woolworths Online, BWS and BIG W, you can link your card to your account and collect points on your next shop. Remember, you can't pocket dollars off your shop until you register your Everyday Rewards card.
