1. How can I make Woolworths more rewarding - what's the offer?
From Wednesday 12 August 2020 until Tuesday 18 August 2020 we're offering members the opportunity to earn up to 5x (times) Everyday Rewards points on their total shop. Simply spend $10* or more on fresh fruit and vegetables to earn 5x points on your total shop. Offer is available online or in store at Woolworths. *Some spend exclusions apply.

If you're already a member, boost the offer above and start shopping. If you're not a member, you can join today, register your card, boost the offer and start shopping. If you're shopping online, don't forget to add your card to your online account before you shop at Woolworths.
3. Can I receive the offer more than once?
Absolutely! This offer can be enjoyed every time you shop in-store or online at Woolworths during the promotional period.
4. What fruit and vegetables are included in this offer?
Qualifying spend is valid on fresh fruit and vegetables from the produce department, including fruit, vegetables, organic, pre-pack salads and flowers.
5. What fruit and vegetables are excluded in this offer?
Qualifying spend excludes juices, sauces, condiments, freezer, dried and canned products that contain fruit or vegetables or any other product containing fruit or vegetables that is not a fresh fruit or fresh vegetable product from the produce department, such as pre-packed salads from the deli department.
6. I spent $10 on fruit and veggies - do I only get 5x points on fruit and veg?
No! You will get 5x points on you total shop once you have spent $10 or more on fresh fruit or vegetables.
7. How do I register my card before shopping?
You can register your Everyday Rewards card online before your shop. Head to our Join page to create your account. If you've already picked up a temporary card in store, make sure you register it online and we'll send a permanent card in the mail. You'll need to register your card before you can boost the offer and enjoy your points.
8. I'm currently eligible for another offer, can I access both?
Yes, this offer will be on top of any other offer you're eligible for.
9. If I sign up as a new Everyday Rewards member and shop on the same day will I receive the offer?
Absolutely. Also, welcome! For this particular offer we'll reward your eligible Everyday Rewards points, even if you've only just joined. Please note though, that the offer only applies to registered Everyday Rewards cards - so don't forget to register your temporary card.
And if you're shopping online be sure to link your card to your online account. That will help ensure that you collect all of the points you're eligible for today, tomorrow and in future promotions. If you've just joined, it might take a few days for these points to show on your balance.
10. I'm an Everyday Rewards member, will I be able to use the offer if I boost on my mobile, in store?
Where possible, we recommend you boost as soon as you receive your offer, and at least two hours before you shop. You can boost in-store using your mobile with your registered Everyday Rewards card number. Unless there are unforeseen technology issues, you'll be able to shop and enjoy your points. Due to processing time, there may be a 7 day delay in these points showing on your balance. If you have completed a shop prior to boosting, the shop will not be eligible for this offer. Remember to scan your Everyday Rewards card at the checkout, before paying.
11. I boosted while I was in store but my points aren't showing on my receipt?
If you're a new member or you have just boosted it might take us a bit longer than usual to show you your points. Don't worry - if you have registered your Everyday Rewards card, boosted the offer and added your account (online) or scanned or tapped your card (in-store) your points will be credited within 7 days after the promotion ends. If you’re shopping in-store remember to scan your Everyday Rewards card at the checkout, before paying.
12. I have a temporary card, can I use it for this offer? Do temporary cards work online?
You can use a temporary card in-store, however you will need to register your card before you can boost, and be eligible for the offer.
Temporary cards don't work online. However, if you're shopping online at Woolworths Online, BWS and BIG W, you can link your card to your account and collect points on your next shop. Remember, you can't pocket dollars off your shop until you register your Everyday Rewards card.
13. Does this offer include Tasmania?
Absolutley! Everyday Rewards is now available in Tasmania. This offer is available to any registered Everyday Rewards member.
14. Does this offer include Metro Stores?
Absolutely! All Woolworths Metro stores except the Caltex Metro at North Ryde.

This offer is personal to you and will be available only on your Everyday Rewards card.
Boosting this offer
Registered Everyday Rewards members must boost their offer to participate in the promotion. To
ensure your offer has been added to your Everyday Rewards card, you must boost your offer at
least 2 hours before shopping in-store or online. Boosting closes 23:59 AEST 18/08/2020. For all
Woolworths Online transactions, orders need to be delivered or picked up by 23:59 AEST on
18/08/2020 to qualify for 5x points.
How it works
To collect 5x points on your total shop (collect exclusions apply)^, spend $10 in one transaction
on fresh fruit and vegetables. 5x points equals 1 (one) standard Everyday Rewards point and 4
(four) additional Everyday Rewards points. Offer can be enjoyed multiple times during the
promotional period. If you are eligible for multiple Everyday Rewards points offers on the same
product, only 1 (one) standard Every Rewards point can be collected once for all eligible
offers, plus the applicable number of Everyday Rewards points. To enjoy your offer in-store, you
must scan your Everyday Rewards card before completing the transaction at the checkout. To enjoy
your offer online at woolworths.com.au you will need to ensure your registered Everyday Rewards
card number is linked to your online account at checkout. See woolworths.com.au for full terms

When will I get my points?
Your Everyday Rewards Points will be loaded onto your Everyday Rewards card within 7 days after
each qualifying purchase.

Everyday Rewards Point Exclusions
^No Everyday Rewards points will be collected on on any purchases you have made during the
promotional period before boosting your offer or on smoking/tobacco products and accessories,
gift cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile, travel cards, tickets, Carpet
Care, cash outs, delivery charges and Delivery Unlimited items, donations and lottery products.
Liquor products purchased in-store at Woolworths or on Woolworths Online will collect standard
Everyday Rewards points but will not be eligible for additional Everyday Rewards points. No
Everyday Rewards points will be collected on Pre-order Kiosks.
