All Direct to boot and Pick up orders are free with a minimum spend of $50. Bag fees are not included.

You can collect your order from over 1000 locations across Australia. To find one that best suits you, simply enter your address in the cart and select your preferred location, or search for locations here.

Your order will be ready waiting for you at your selected Direct to Boot or Pick up location within the window you have selected.

No, for the ongoing safety of our customers and team members we have moved to a contactless Direct to boot and Pick up service. This means you won't need to sign for your order, and instead you'll be asked to read out your order number to the team member.

If you’re running a little bit late, don’t worry - we understand life can get in the way sometimes. When you’re on your way, just let us know using the Woolworths App, or via the link in your SMS notification so we can know when to expect you. If you don’t think you’ll be able to Pick up your order for the day you selected, please contact us and one of our Team Members will be able to assist you.

You can choose to have your Direct to boot or Pick up order packed into our paper bags made from 70% recycled paper or packed directly into a trolley for you to repack into your own reusable bags.

If you have decided to pick up your order from a locker we'll send collection information to you via email and SMS on the collection day. Both will have your Pick up code that will need to be entered into the locker.

To change your order, log into 'My Account,' go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to change. In your order confirmation email & "My Account", you can see the latest time that you can change your order.
