    • How much does it cost?

      • There are no additional charges to pick up your order from Woolworths. Just pay for your item (including postage) as usual and select the store you want your item sent to.
        You can't pay for your item at time of pick up.

    • How will I know if Woolworths Pick up is available on the item I want?

      • Click & Collect will be clearly displayed on eligible listings in search results and within the postage section of a listing. You'll also see it as a delivery option in the shopping cart and at checkout.
        Before you buy an item, you can also check if a collection point is available near you.

    • Which Woolworths stores can I collect from?

      • Woolworths Pick up is available in over 200 stores nationwide. Enter your postcode in the store locator to see your nearest participating stores.

    • How will I know when my parcel is ready to collect?

      • Please make sure you wait for the "Your item is ready for collection" notification that eBay send by email or SMS. This will include the collection code that's required when you pick up your item. If you haven't received notification from eBay that your item is ready for collection by the estimated delivery date, please contact their dedicated customer service team.

    • How do I collect my parcel?

      • Take your collection code to your chosen store; no further ID is needed. You can print off your code, or just present it using your phone/tablet.
        Look for the Pick up sign and collect your parcel. Someone else can pick up your parcel as long as they have the collection code.

    • How long do I have to collect my parcel?

      • Your parcel will be held in store for seven days, starting from when you are sent your collection code.
        If you're unable to collect your item by the date provided please contact eBay Customer Service as it may be possible to extend the collection window.
        Remember that if you don't collect your item, you won't be entitled to a refund as you will no longer be covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee.

    • Can I change the store I collect my item from?

      • No. Unfortunately once you've purchased an item you can’t change the store you selected at the checkout page.

    • What happens if I need to return something?

      • Woolworths can't accept returns in store.
        To return an item, check the seller's return policy and then select the item in your Purchase History in My eBay. Select Return this item from the More actions menu on the right. You'll then be guided through the returns process.
