How it works

Delivery gives you the flexibility to pick a time that suits you. We know life can be busy, so you can choose today, tomorrow, or just in time for the weekend. Picked, packed and delivered to your door with care by our friendly drivers or our Partner Delivery drivers.

    Start shopping our products and specials and checkout online or via the app.

  • 3. Track your order

    Track your delivery through Track My Order or use the link we SMS you.

Not home for your delivery? Simply check ‘leave items unattended’ box at the checkout and we’ll find a suitable spot to leave your order. Alternatively, you can leave a note for your delivery driver.

Delivery windows vary by location, select ‘delivery’ within the shopping cart on the left and enter your address to see the windows available in your area.

We will also send you an SMS reminder with a link to track your order on your mobile. Alternatively, simply log into 'My Account,' go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to track.

When placing your order, you have the option at checkout to choose to leave your delivery unattended, as well as provide delivery instructions to your driver. Please note that any chilled or frozen items are left in standard (non insulated) shopping bags and may spoil if left unattended for long periods of time. If you have not selected this option, and you are no longer able to be at home to receive your delivery after placing your order, please call us on 1800 000 610, where you can provide us with authority to leave, or in some (select) cases, we can adjust your delivery time. If you haven't chosen to leave your order unattended and you aren't home home to receive your delivery, we'll try and contact you on the phone number provided for authority to leave. If however, we can’t contact you, your order will returned to store, and re-delivery charges as well as the cost of perishables may apply. Please note for your first order, and any orders containing alcohol, tobacco and/or any other restricted items (eg. knives), you must be home and may require proof that you’re over 18 years of age to legally accept the order.

We’ve partnered with on-demand delivery companies in your area to provide more delivery options to our customers. Your order will be hand picked by one of our Personal Shoppers and a Contactless Delivery will be made to your doorstep. You’ll notice that our Partner drivers don’t wear a Woolworths uniform and their non-refrigerated vehicles aren’t the Woolworths trucks you may be used to. That’s because Small Vehicle Deliveries come directly from a local Woolworths store near you, which means it only takes minutes to deliver your order - just as if you’d gone to the shops yourself. You can select a Partner Driver window during Checkout.

To change your order, log into 'My Account,' go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to change. In your order confirmation email & "My Account", you can see the latest time that you can change your order.

The minimum purchase amount for each Delivery grocery order is $50.00 excluding the Delivery Fee.

Orders that total over 250kg will be subject to a bulk delivery fee, as they require special handling and transport allocation. For any bulk orders please contact our customer service team on 1800 000 610 at least 6 - 7 days prior to placement of your order. Bulk or Multiple orders delivered within a 7 day period may attract additional delivery fees.

We work with a number of couriers around the country to help get fresh groceries to our customers no matter where they live. Sometimes this means your order will involve additional courier charges. For more information on remote deliveries, please call 1800 000 610.

A Green Window is an optional delivery window that aims to lower our carbon footprint when making deliveries. Selecting a Green Window means your groceries will be delivered by a truck already in your area, with the aim of lowering fuel emissions as there’s less distance to travel.
