We always aim to ensure that every customer who orders online receives the order in full and on time. To support this we restrict the quantity that can be ordered per item to ensure the best availability for same or next day delivery.
- In general, you can order items online in a quantity up to 36.
- If ordering a quantity of 20 or more of some items, depending on our stocks at hand you may need to allow 3 days for delivery.
- Produce items (fresh fruit and vegetables) will typically be available for next day delivery in a quantity up to 36.
- Please note that some products, and also some states and territories have different quantity restrictions. Should you be unable to order your desired amount, please follow the steps below.
How do I place a bulk order?

- The required quantity.
- Your confirmed Delivery or Pick up location.
- Your preferred collection or delivery date.*

Key information about large Bulk Orders
Specials run from Wednesday to Tuesday. Should you wish to make a bulk order for an item on special, the special order must be placed during the start of the specials week to allow time to make stock available. We are unable to process bulk orders for items on special at the end of the specials week.
It can take between 1 and 10 days to transport the stock to your designated online store depending on the product and your location. We will confirm this up-front before we process your order.
Bulk orders should ideally be placed 6 - 7 days in advance. Additional time may be required for regional or bush orders (10 days).
A $20 handling fee (per 250kgs) will be charged for a bulk order that exceeds 250kgs in total weight as additional time and resource allocation will be required to prepare and deliver the order.
If multiple orders are made to the same delivery address over a short period of consecutive days, the orders will be consolidated and treated as a special order. In this event, you will be contacted prior to processing the order to discuss handling fee payment.
Certain items may not be available in large quantities, for reasons including (but not limited to) promotional limitations, limited availability, or government restrictions. If multiple orders are placed through the same account or through different accounts with common customer details and we reasonably believe this is done to avoid restrictions, the order may be cancelled if the total volume ordered exceeds the limit (for example, baby formula).
If the quantity of goods ordered requires a full truck or special transport arrangements, additional transport fees will apply. This will depend on the location, weight and format of the goods purchased. In this event fees and transport arrangements will be agreed prior to processing the order.
For customers based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth, arrangements can be made to purchase goods by the pallet load and self-collection is optional.
Payment for bulk orders is made on the day of the order and gift cards may not be used for bulk purchases. No refunds will be paid on bulk orders if the stock has already been sent to the store to fulfil your order as stock can not be returned by the store. On occasion stock may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, in this event you will be notified by phone and can choose to accept the revised timeline or cancel the order at the time of contact.
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to purchase any items for resale to a third party or for trade purposes. If we have a concern with the quantity of item/s you have ordered, then we may contact you to discuss this when you place the Grocery Order or within a reasonable time after you submit that Order, or your orders may be cancelled by us without notice to you. We reserve the right to accept or reject bulk orders placed at any time in our sole and absolute discretion.
