Introducing Q-Tracker
Q-Tracker, brought to you by Woolworths, is a new tool that uses real-time data to show the length of the queue to enter our stores. By helping you plan when and where you shop before you leave home, Q-Tracker makes it easy to avoid busy periods, save time and shop with your safety in mind.

How does it work?
Step 1: Enter the postcode or suburb of your preferred store.
Step 2: Using the key, view the estimated queue time to enter the store as shown
by the icons and colours.
Step 3: To help you plan when to shop, click the store card which will expand to
show when entry to the store is busiest during the week.
Step 4: Data will updated every 5 mins so you’ll have the latest information
whether you’re about to leave home or on your way.

Simply search for your preferred store by postcode or suburb and we'll show you the estimated queue wait time to enter the Woolworths stores closest to you. You'll also have access to an overview by store, which shows when entry to the store is busiest throughout the week.
We update our data every 5 minutes during opening hours.
We estimate wait times using the information given to us by the stores - such as the number of people waiting in front of the store, and the average 'flow speed' of the queues. The accuracy of our estimate depends on a number of factors, including how quickly customers already in the store complete their shop. We aim to make our estimated wait time as accurate as possible - let us know how accurate it is in the feedback section.
Q-Tracker provides data for all Woolworths supermarkets and Metro stores.
