  1. Who can collect Cubeez and how long can they be collected for?

    Customers who make a Qualifying Shop at Woolworths or BIG W from 29th January 2025 to 11th March 2025 (the Offer Period) can collect Cubeez, while stocks last.

  2. How much do I need to spend to get a Cubeez?

    Qualifying Shop: Woolworths and BIG W customers will be eligible to receive one (1) Cubeez with every $30 spent in a single transaction (excluding any money spent on Excluded Purchases) during the Offer Period at Woolworths Supermarkets and Woolworths Online (excluding Everyday Market), BIG W stores and BIG W Online (excluding Everyday Market), MILKRUN and Woolworths Metro stores (Qualifying Shop). For online orders at woolworths.com.au, the minimum spend for a pick up or Delivery order is $50 (in each case excluding any Bag Fee, Crate Service Fee and/or Delivery Fee). Subject to this minimum spend, eligible customers will receive one (1) Cubeez per Qualifying Shop.

    Bonus Cubeez: For every purchase of Participating Brand products in the advertised quantities within a Qualifying Shop during the Offer Period, customers will receive one (1) bonus Cubeez, while stocks last. There is a limit of three (3) Bonus Cubeez per Participating Brand per eligible transaction.     To illustrate, if, during the Offer Period, a customer spends $AUD30 in a single transaction which includes: Three (3) products from a Participating Brand, where each product is advertised as being eligible for one (1) bonus Cubeez, that customer will receive four (4) Cubeez (including three bonus Cubeez) in total.

    Woolworths may, in its sole discretion, offer additional methods to collect Cubeez during the Offer Period. These offers will be communicated through in store point of sale material and on our website.

  3. What products are not included in a Qualified Shop?

    Purchases that are excluded from a Qualifying Shop (Excluded Purchases) are purchases made at Everyday Market from Woolworths Online, smoking/tobacco products and accessories, alcohol, Woolworths Mobile (including recharge), Woolworths insurance, travel cards and tickets, lottery products, gift cards (including WISH gift cards and iTunes gift cards), BIG W Market, BIG W Lay-by (including but not limited to any lay-by service fees and cancellation fees), BIG W Photos, BIG W eBay, BIG W MyDeal, or carpet care products, or cash outs, donations, expenditure on Delivery Fees, Bag Fees or Crate Service Fees, or purchases in excess of $1,000 in one transaction or $5,000 in multiple transactions across any consecutive seven day period.

  4. Is there a limit on how many Cubeez I can receive for each shop?

    There is a maximum limit of 33 Cubeez per Qualifying Shop (excluding any bonus Minecraft Cubeez for the purchase of Participating Brand products, as set out above). There is a limit of three (3) Bonus Cubeez per Participating Brand per eligible transaction.

  5. Are there any other ways to collect Cubeez?

    No, this promotion is only available to customers who shop at Woolworths supermarkets, Woolworths Metro, MILKRUN, Woolworths Online (excluding Everyday Market), BIG W stores, or BIG W Online (excluding BIG W Market). If customers shop online and have their groceries delivered, through Woolworths Online, BIG W Online or MILKRUN, their Cubeez will be delivered with their shop.

  6. Are there any items to purchase other than collecting the Cubeez?

    As part of the promotion, there will also be a Cubeez Collector Case, available to purchase both in-store and online at Woolworths and BIG W, while stocks last. For more information, visit woolworths.com.au/minecraft-cubeez.

  7. Do I need to ask for my Cubeez?

    No. These will be handed out to eligible customers at both the manned checkout and self-serve checkouts. Please do not hesitate to remind service operators if you are eligible to receive a Cubeez. Online customers have the option to opt in and opt out.

  8. Can I choose which Cubeez I receive?

    No. Cubeez are handed out at random and customers are unable to choose which Cubeez they receive.

  9. What age is Cubeez suitable for?

    Cubeez is for persons aged 5 years and older. The Cubeez are not suitable for children under the age of 3 due to the risk of small parts which present a choking hazard. Please refer to safety warnings on the product packaging. Adult supervision is required for all children.

  10. Can Cubeez be recycled?

    Cubeez and their packaging are FSC certified, use plant derived inks and are kerbside recyclable. The Cubeez Collector Case is also kerbside recyclable.

  11. I missed out on a Cubeez when I was in store last (or the Cubeez was missing from my online order). How can I get them?

    The next time you’re back in store, you can go to the service desk and show your receipt to get your Cubeez, while stocks last. For online customers please contact our Customer Contact Centre on 1800 000 610 or through Olive, our online chat bot on the woolworths.com.au website.

  12. Can I request another customer’s Cubeez if they don’t want them?

    If a customer hands you their Cubeez personally, then you are entitled to keep them and add them to your collection. Team members are not permitted to hand you the previous customer’s entitlement.

  13. Is there a way to swap Cubeez with other customers?

    We offer the opportunity for customers to come together and trade Cubeez at our official 'Swap Day', with their local Woolworths store and other members of their community. This year Swap Day will be held on Saturday 1st March from 1-2pm at your local Woolworths or BIG W store. At the Swap Day, a customer may only take as many Cubeez as they donate to the swap pile, subject to availability. It is a give-one-take-one scenario. For example, if a customer donates 20 Cubeez they may take 20 Cubeez (given there are 20 available). Customers are not able to swap damaged Cubeez on the Swap Day.

  14. How many Cubeez are there?

    There are 40 different Cubeez to collect and 1 Ultra Rare Cubeez. You can find the complete list of Cubeez to collect at woolworths.com.au/minecraft-cubeez.

  15. How many Ultra Rare Cubeez are there?

    There are 150 copies of the Ultra Rare Gold Helmet Makena Cubeez to be found. Each Ultra Rare Cubeez is uniquely numbered from 1 through to 150 AUS in a three digit sequence, i.e. 001 AUS, 002 AUS, 003 AUS, 004 AUS…148 AUS, 149 AUS, 150 AUS.

  16. Will there be Ultra Rare Cubeez in both Woolworths & BIG W?

    The 150 copies of the Ultra Rare Cubeez are randomly distributed in blind bags across the Woolworths and BIG W network. There is no way of determining exactly where they will be found, but they have been randomised across the entire stock allocation across both brands.

  17. What if I didn’t receive my Cubeez from my online order?

    If your Cubeez are missing from your Woolworths online order, our digital team member Olive can assist you in organising a replacement (while stock lasts):

    • On our website: Visit woolworths.com.au and click here to chat with Olive now.
    • In the mobile app: Go to “More” > “Message us” to connect with Olive.
    • Alternatively, you can contact our customer call centre for assistance in replacing your Cubeez.
    If you are missing Cubeez from your MilkRun or BIG W online order, please contact our customer call centre who will be able to assist with replacing your missing Cubeez (while stock lasts).

  18. What if my Cubeez from my online order arrives damaged?

    Please contact our customer call centre who will be able to assist with replacing your damaged Cubeez packs (while stocks last).

  19. What if I didn’t receive my Cubeez from my online order?

    Please contact our customer call centre who will be able to assist with replacing your missing Cubeez (while stocks last).

  20. If I have opted for e-receipts in-store, how will I know how many Cubeez I can get?

    If you have opted in for e-receipts, a small receipt will still print in store with how many Cubeez you are able to collect, as this number will not appear on your e-receipt. Please show the printed receipt to a team member to receive your Cubeez.

  21. Where can I find a copy of the Terms and Conditions?

  22. What is the Minecraft Party Frog Plushie, and who can collect it?

    The Party Frog Plushie is an in-game accessory (Character Creator Item), exclusive to Woolworths, that your Minecraft player can wear in the game. This offer is only available for customers who complete their first qualifying shop with Woolworths Online between 19th February 2025 and 11th March 2025.

  23. How do I collect my Minecraft Party Frog Plushie?

    • You’ll need to create an account with Woolworths, or sign in to your existing account either on the app or Woolworths Online (woolworths.com.au)
    • Place an order of $50 or more in a single transaction (exclusions including bag fees apply, see full T&Cs here for details). You can use Pick up, Direct to boot, Direct to boot Now, Delivery or Delivery Now.
    • During the checkout process, ensure that you opt-in to receive Minecraft Cubeez™
    • We will send your unique code to your registered email address within 48 hours, to redeem (by creating an account or logging in via Minecraft’s redemption page minecraft.net/en-us/redeem and entering your unique code) before 31 July 2025.
  24. When do I need to redeem my in-game accessory?

    Your unique code will be valid until 31 July 2025. You can redeem via the Minecraft redemption page: minecraft.net/en-us/redeem (instructions will be provided in the email containing your unique code that will be sent to your registered email address after your qualifying shop).

  25. I have not received the email containing my code. What should I do?

    Please first check your Junk folder of the email account you registered with. If it’s still not there, you can contact us via Olive (our virtual assistant), the Woolworths app or website, or call our Customer Contact Centre on 1800 000 610.
